We understand just how important keeping a website online is to many individuals and businesses. This is why we offer a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee with each and every Voxxit Hosting account. This means you can expect less than 45 minutes of downtime in a year!

Our servers rarely encounter issues. However, if we find a hardware or software issue which will require service interruption for maintenance, we will e-mail our customers on the particular server at least two hours ahead of time so they can prepare for the downtime. This does not qualify for a service credit.
